There is a Tendency for The Individuals to pour the Miira Cell+ into the mouth & swallow it immediately after you empty the contents under the Tongue. This is due to its sweet flavour.

Tell the person not to pour it on top of the tongue because swallowing it will make the medication Not effective. The digestive system will neutralize it and the liver will metabolize it.

Let the person know he or she should not force himself to dissolve MIIRA CELL once under the tongue like they would have done to a toffee.

Let the person know, they cannot talk when the medication is under the tongue because it is powder and they will spill it out.

Take it first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach. It is administered UNDER the tongue, so that it can be absorbed DIRECTLY into the blood stream.

An HOUR after taking a satchet, you are then free to Drink some water and to take your medication if you are on medication.

DURING THE COURSE OF THE DAY drink at least 2 litres of water.

The individual must be in the upright sitting posture when taking MIIRA CELL.

No smoking an hour before or after taking Miira Cell.

Hold Miira Cell under the tongue for an average of 10-15 minutes until it dissolves. Sit still and comfortably while it dissolves under the tongue.

Wait at least an hour before drinking water or taking food. Absorption might still be going on.

MIIRA CELL dosage is one sachet daily. It is not advisable to exceed the normal dosage of 1 sachet per day.

For a child give half a sachet per day.

One box contains 24 sachets which last for 24 days.
